يهدف البحث إلى دراسة العلاقة بين الرضا الوظيفي والالتزام التنظيمي لدى أساتذة جامعة تلمسان بكلية العلوم بجامعة تلمسان، من خلال تحديد مستوى الرضا الوظيفي والالتزام التنظيمي، كما هدفت إلى الإطلاع على أبعاد الرضا الوظيفي وعلاقته بالإلتزام التنظيمي العام ، ، كما سعت هذه الدراسة إلى توضيح ما إذا كانت هناك فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في كل من مستوى الرضا الوظيفي ومستوى الإلتزام التنظيمي تعزى لمتغير الجنس، تكونت عينة الدراسة من 95 أستاذ ، وقد اعتمدنا في الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي، ومقياس الرضا الوظيفي والالتزام التنظيمي كأداتين لجمع المعطيات.
