Overview

This research - the jurisprudence of electronic cigarette - contains an introduction and three chapters with the conclusion and indexes of the subject. In the introduction, I discussed the importance of the topic, the reasons its selection and objectives, the previous studies, the difficulties, then the research methodology and divisions. The first chapter contains the introduction to topic, the definition of electronic cigarette, its components, types, how it is used, and the relationship between it and conventional smoking The second chapter follows the medical and jurisprudence of electronic cigarette which proved the existence of the damage , with the possibility of being classified as a treatment provided that further studies are conducted to regulate it as medicine This chapter is followed by a statement of some of the jurisprudential related to electronic cigarette, such as the provision of acts of worship, transactions and crimes. Then, in conclusion, the results of this research addressed by mentioning the finding and recommendations, and the research indexes. And thank Allah the god of everything.
