Overview
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد دور القيادة التحويلية في تعزيز تنمية الموارد البشرية في مركب تمييع الغاز الطبيعي بولاية سكيكدة، وتحقيقا لذلك تم الاعتماد على الاستبيان كأداة رئيسية في جمع بيانات الدراسة وذلك بتوزيعه على عينة عشوائية مؤلفة من 90 عامل. وخلصت أهم نتائج الدراسة إلى أن مستوى ممارسة كل من نمط القيادة التحويلية وتنمية الموارد البشرية مرتفع، بالإضافة إلى وجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية لأبعاد القيادة التحويلية على تنمية الموارد البشرية في مركب تمييع الغاز الطبيعي بولاية سكيكدة.
