Overview
تناولت الدراسة بمنهج تاريخي تصورات العرب في الجاهلية في عدد من قضايا الغيب بالرجوع إلى وثيقة الشعر الجاهلي. وقد خلصت إلى أن هذه الوثيقة التاريخية قد تضمنت مادة علمية جيدة أبانت على أن تصورات العرب في الجاهلية في مباحث الغيب قامت على التخيل والظن، واصطباغها بطابع من الخرافة، كما اتسمت رؤيتهم للموت والمصير بالاضطراب والفوضى؛ وذلك نتيجة تأثرهم بمحيطهم متعدد الروافد واختلاف نظرتهم للوجود وغائيته.
