بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم، والحمد لله رب العالمين، والصلاة والسلام على سيدنا محمد وعلى آله وصحبه أجمعين، وبعد: فقد تناولت في المبحث الأول من بحثي هذا الموسوم بـ\"ترجيحات البيهقي في كتابه الخلافيات كتاب الولاء والمدبر، دراسة فقهية مقارنة\"، دراسة حياة الإمام البيهقي، وفي المبحث الثاني تناولت دراسة الولاء والمدبر-دراسة فقهية مقارنة-وذلك على سبعة مذاهب: (الحنفية، والمالكية، والشافعية، والحنابلة، والإمامية، والزيدية، والظاهرية)، حيث قمت بعرض آرائهم الفقهية، ومن ثم مناقشتها، وبيان الرأي الراجح منها.
