Overview
عندما نتحدث عن دور الاحتلال الأمريكي في إثارة العنف في العراق ونشر التطرف واستقطاب المتطرفين وتنظيماتهم، فلابد من التعرض لموضوعة عدم وفاء الولايات المتحدة بالتزاماتها تجاه العراق ودون اعتبار، إن كان سبب ذلك هو عدم وجود خطة مدروسة تعالج الأمور بعد انتهاء مرحلة العمليات العسكرية وتهيئ الأرضية المناسبة لخلق واقع جديد يخلف الوضع السابق ويكون أفضل منه في ظل عراق آمن ومستقر ومزدهر أو إن كان السبب هو وجود خطة أو مشروع معد سلفاً ولكن تعذر تطبيقهما على أرض الواقع لاعتبارات عديدة.
