Overview
يهدف بحثنا الراهن إلى مواجهة جرائم تزييف الأختام الحكومية وغير الحكومية كدراسة مقارنة من خلال ثلاثة مباحث، تعرضنا في المبحث الأول لماهية الأختام المطلب الأول التعريف بالأختام، وفي المطلب الثاني التمييز بينها وبين غيرها من الصور، أما المبحث الثاني: أركان الجريمة المطلب الأول الركن المادي وركن المحل، المطلب الثاني الركن المعنوي، وأما المبحث الثالث، العقاب على جريمة تزييف الأختام، وفي نهاية البحث أوردنا خاتمة تتضمن النتائج والتوصيات المرجوة من وراء الإقدام على هذا البحث.
