Overview
تهدف الدراسة إلى بحث موضوع واقع تطبيق مبادئ إدارة الجودة الشاملة في المؤسسات الاقتصادية الجزائرية؛ لتحقيق الهدف تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي من خلال تصميم استبيان يحتوي على 29 سؤال تم توزيعه على 108 إطار في المؤسسات محل الدراسة؛ وتم اعتماد برنامج SPSS في التحليل، لتظهر نتائج الدراسة أن المؤسسات تطبق مبادئ إدارة الجودة الشاملة وتبين أيضا وجود اختلاف في تقييم المستجوبين لتوفر المبادئ حسب البيانات الشخصية والوظيفية.
