Overview
يعتبر التشخيص أحد أهم المراحل الرئيسية والأولية في عملية العلاج النفسي وهو عملية هامة تتضمن الكشف عن ديناميات شخصية المريض، وهو الطريقة التي تسمح لنا بمعرفة أصل وطبيعة المرض الذي يعانيه الفرد انطلاقا من دلالات ومؤشرات إكلينيكية معينة يمكن الكشف عنها من خلال استخدام أدوات خاصة، حتى يتسنى تصنيفها وتحديد نوع الاضطراب النفسي. ويتم ذلك بالاستناد إلى دليل تشخيصي وتصنيفي للوصول إلى وصف دقيق للمشكلة واقتراح العلاج الأنسب.
