Overview
يعتبر التحكيم أحد أهم وسائل فض المنازعات التي تثور في المجتمع الداخلي أو الدولي، وعلى هذا الأساس فقد عقدت بشأنه هيئات المجتمع الدولي الندوات والمؤتمرات، واجتمعت للنظر في مشكلاته وتذليل ما يعترضه من عقبات، وخصصت بشأنه البرامج الدراسية المعمقة في الكليات القانونية. ولا شك إن الهدف الرئيسي لهذه الدراسة هو من اجل تسليط الضوء على مكامن القوة والضعف في كل من التشريع الجزائري ونظيره المصري حول مسالة معالجتهما لنظام التحكيم، واي منهما وفق في ضبط ذلك.
