Overview
نتج عن انتشار استخدام الآلات في الصناعة زيادة حوادث العمل وكثرة الإصابات بين العاملين، مما أدى إلى وقوع الكثير من الخسائر البشرية بالإضافة إلى الخسائر المتمثلة في تلف المواد الخام والمعدات والآلات الصناعية، إلا أن الموارد البشرية تظل أكثر أهمية. تسعى المنظمات بصفة عامة والمنظمات الصناعية بصفة خاصة إلى تجنب وقوع الحوادث للعاملين، الأمر الذي يفرض عليها وضع الإجراءات التي تتناسب مع طبيعة العمل والبيئة المحيطة في سعيها للتقليل من عوادم العمل، وبالتالي تخفيض أثرها على العاملين. حيث اهتمت الدراسة بمتابعة حوادث العمل بمصنع القره بوللي للدائن.
