يحاول هذا البحث دراسة سياق الموقف، كونه قرينة غير لغوية استعان بها الأصوليون لفهم النصوص الشرعية خاصة واللغوية بشكل عام، ومنه استثمار الخطاب لاستنباط الأحكام. وهو الأمر الذي يؤكده اللغويون المحدثون في مباحث علم الدلالة، من ضرورة دراسة النصوص ضمن السياق الذي وردت فيه.
