Overview
تختلف الرقابة على دستورية القوانين من دولة إلى أخرى بحسب نوعية النظام المتبع فيها، إلا أنه لا يختلف في ضرورة اتباع نمط معين من الرقابة سواء القضائية أو السياسية هاته الأخيرة التي تنتهجها الجزائر، حيث خصصت لها هيئة متمثلة في المجلس الدستوري والذي منذ انشاءه قد شهد العديد من المراحل والتغيرات لعل أهمها إصلاحات التعديل الدستوري 2016.
