Overview
بمجرد الإعلان عن توافر لقاح ضد فيروس كورونا المستجد في نشرات الأخبار، تضاعفت المناقشات حول جواز التطعيم الإجباري. فعلى الرغم من تصاعد الحملات المناهضة للتطعيم، وانتشار الأخبار الكاذبة في لمح البصر، هناك العديد من الأصوات التي تدعم التطعيم الإجباري. في ضوء ذلك، يركز هذا البحث على مدى توافق سياسة التطعيم الإجباري مع مبادئ حقوق الإنسان المنصوص عليها في القانون الدولي، وذلك من خلال استعراض القوانين الدولية والسوابق القضائية الصادرة من بعض المنظمات الدولية ذات الصلة، لغرض استعراض الأسانيد التي تبرر سياسة التطعيم الإجباري من منظور حقوقي دولي.
