يدرس هذا المقال موضوع مصطلحات ونظام القرابة بالمجتمع القبائلي من زاوية نظر الدراسات الأنتروبولوجية. وقد درست فيه المفاهيم النظرية لمصطلحات وأنظمة القرابة، بالمجتمع القبائلي التقليدي. وتم البحث في علاقة مصطلحات القرابة بالتنظيم الثقافي والاجتماعي. وتم استنتاج أن مصطلحات القرابة بالمجتمع القبائلي متنوعة ومتعددة، وهي ذات علاقة وطيدة بالواقع الطبيعي البيولوجي وبنظام المصاهرة والزواج. والقرابة ذات خط أحادي أبوي من حيث نظام الزواج والنسب والإقامة والامتلاك والميراث، والانتماء للعرق والقبيلة والمكان.
