Overview
العقيدة في الإسلام هي رباط يوثق صلة الإنسان بدينه، وإن مبادئ الإسلام تقوم على العقيدة الحقة ومن ثم تنعكس على العلوم المكتسبة، وهذه الأعمال إنما تصح وتقبل إذا صدرت عن عقيدة صحيحة، وطريق العلم والمعرفة من أهداف الإسلام، وأي شيء خلاف ذلك هو عائق افتعله الجهل أو الضلال، والإسلام برئ منه. وقد أرشدنا القرآن الكريم وكذلك السنة النبوية الشريفة إلى السبل الكفيلة في اكتساب تلك العلوم والمعارف التي كانت زادا لا ينضب للإنسانية جمعاء، فكان الفضل يعود للمسلمين في تقدم العلوم جمعاء: أثر عقيدة; تطورا فرد: مسلم.
