Overview
سعى البحث للتعرف على طرق طعن في فرنسا. اعتمد البحث على المنهج الوصفي الاستقرائي. اقتضى العرض المنهجي للبحث تقسيمه إلى خمسة مباحث. تناول الأول نشأة الاستئناف الإداري في فرنسا. بين الثاني الاستئناف الإداري. تطرق الثالث نطاق الاستئناف الإداري. استعرض الرابع التدخل الاختصام أمام محكمة الاستئناف. أوضح الخامس طعن الغير. اختتم البحث بالإشارة إلى أن دور مجلس الدولة الفرنسي كقاض استئناف بالنسبة للمحاكم الأخرى ليس معاصرا لمرسوم (30) سبتمبر (1953)، كما أوصى بتأييد الاتجاه الذي يدعم عدم الأخذ تشريعيا بطريقة معارضة الغير في مجال قضاء الإلغاء لمجافاتها التامة للحجية المطلقة للأحكام الصادرة بالإلغاء. كُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل المنظومة 2022
