Overview
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على تأثير بعض الخصائص الشخصية والمهنية على الرضا والأداء الوظيفيين لدى أساتذة جامعة قالمة، وكذا معرفة حقيقة الارتباط الموجود بين هذين المتغيرين ومدى تأثير رضا الأساتذة على أدائهم المهني، وهذا عبر دراسة عينة مكونة من 67 مفردة. وخلصت الدراسة إلى أنه لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في درجات الرضا والأداء الوظيفيين لدى الأساتذة يمكن أن تعزى لخصائصهم الشخصية والمهنية. بينما سجلنا وجود ارتباط دال إحصائيا بين الرضا الوظيفي لدى الأساتذة وبين أدائهم التعليمي. فيما كان كذلك تأثير الرضا الوظيفي لدى الأساتذة على أدائهم التعليمي دالا إحصائيا.
