Overview
تناولت الورقة محل عقد الإيجار. وأشار إلى جوز أن يكون المعقود عليه شيئاً مستقبلاً إذا عين تعيينا نافيا للجهالة والضرر. وأوضحت فشل المحلية في تنفيذ العقد المبرم بين المدعيين في (1995-8-22) لذلك طلب الأداء بفسخ العقد والتعويض للضرر قدره مبلغ (80.702) جنيه. وأكدت على أن يكون المعقود عليه شيئا مستقبلاً إذا عين تعيينا نافيا للجهالة والضرر. واختتمت الورقة بالإشارة إلى جواز تأخير دكان لم يتم بناؤه وتكون الإجارة صحيحة ولكن لا تبدأ مدتها إلا من الوقت الذي يوجد فيه المكان المؤجر. كُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل المنظومة 2023
