Overview
إن سلامة المجتمع تعتمد على عدة عوامل طبيعية وبشرية فالطبيعية كالبيئة المحيطة به لابد وأن تكون سليمة خالية من الأوبئة التي تودي بحياة الإنسان، وإذا تلوثت هذه البيئة ببعض الأمراض فلابد للعنصر البشري من التدخل لإنقاذ الفرد والمجتمع من تفشي هذه الأوبئة وذلك من خلال بعض الإجراءات والسلوكيات التي تكون سببا في سلامة الفرد والمجتمع بأسره وتختلف هذه السلوكيات والإجراءات من شخص لآخر بل من دولة لأخرى حسب رغبته في العلاج أم لا، إضافة إلى حسب قدرات كل دولة على مواجهة مثل هذه الأزمات وهذا ما سنتعرف عليه من خلال هذه الدراسة.
