Overview
يتميز المغرب بخصوصية دينية وسياسية غير منفصلة عن بعضها، يطبعها استحضار الموروث التاريخي والديني والحداثي، هي كلها عناصر تشكل بنية تتفاعل عناصرها فيما بينها، لكن يبقى الاعتبار الديني هو الذي يحدد طبيعة الممارسة السياسية، بناء على المشروعية الدينية التي تتأطر في إمارة المؤمنين، بما لها من بعد تاريخي وديني لصيق بالدولة المغربية، ثم دسترة هذه الإمارة في دساتير المغرب، وهو ما يتماشى ووصف بعض الباحثين للدولة المغربية بأنها دولة دينية النشأة والتطور والمآل، الأمر أضفي على السلطة في المغرب صفة خاصة ومتميزة.
