Overview
مرت سيطرة داعش على مجتمع نينوى بمراحل، هي: شوكة النكاية والإنهاك: فيها استغلت السياسات الحكومية الخاطئة ومد داعش سيطرته، وبوجود القوات الحكومية. نينوى في إطار إدارة التوحش: هي سنوات سيطرة داعش، وفيها انتهجت ممارسات شاذة وأنتجت واقعا مريرا. نينوى أمام شوكة التمكين والخلافة المزعومة: فيها نفذ مخططه من نهب وتنكيل وعزل للمجتمع عن محيطه الوطني وإعلان خلافته المزعومة. نينوى خارج إطار شوكة التمكين: إن داعش إذا انتهت عسكريا فهي لم تمت فكريا.
