Overview
يتناول هذا البحث الشكوى في شعر ابن الحجاج النيلي، وهو شاعر كبير، ولكن حظه من الدراسات قليل. وكان شعره مرآة صادقة للحياة في القرن الرابع الهجري، وهو القرن الذي اتصف بالصراعات والتناقضات والانقسامات، وقد أفرزت هذه الاضطرابات أنواع شتى من الفقر والظلم والفساد وتسلط الحكام. فجاء شعر ابن الحجاج وهو يصور لنا مظاهر الشكوى من هذا العصر وهذا المجتمع المضطرب. وقد جاء البحث في مقدمة تحدثت عن أحوال ذلك العصر، ومبحثين الأول درس سيرة الشاعر، والثاني تناول أهم مضامين الشكوى عند ابن الحجاج، وتشمل الشكوى من الفقر والزمن والوشاة والعمال والحجاب والشيب، وختم البحث بخاتمة فيها أهم النتائج.
