بحث دبلوماسية المساعدات في السياسة العراقية تناول موضوع المساعدات الإنسانية كموضوع مهم وحيوي في العلاقات الدولية وتهدف المساعدات الإنسانية إلى معالجة حالة طارئة كالكوارث الإنسانية التي تصيب الشعوب وتهدف إلى توفير الحاجات الإنسانية الضرورية وتم تناول الموضوعات التالية ماهية المساعدات الإنسانية بصفتها كل عمل عابر للحدود تمارسه المنظمات الحكومية وغير الحكومية والحكومات المختلفة من أجل إنقاذ جماعة بشرية في حالة وجود خطر مؤكد وأشكالها والمبادئ التي تحكمها وأيضا تناول دور المساعدات الإنسانية برسم السياسة الخارجية العراقية وأهم نماذج هذه المساعدات.
