Overview
Smuggling is a crime that affects national economy because of intricate impact upon all domains, like a disease that gnaws the state's entity and retards it economically, though countries attempts continuously to fight and eradicate such a crime putting up national strategies , or at least restrain in the face of developing means. and though these countries put national strategies in order to suppress such crime. In the same context, the lawmaker created anti-smuggling institutions to fight such serious and complex financial crimes that may hazard economic balances.
