Overview
يهدف هذا البحث إلى استطلاع دور القيادة الاستراتيجية في مواجهة تحديات المدارس الخاصة خلال الأزمات. وقد احتوت العينة مجموعة من الموظفين الإداريين والمعلمين، بلغ عددهم 129 موظفا، اعتمد البحث على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وعلى أداة الاستبيان لجمع المعلومات المطلوبة في الدّراسة تناولت الدراسة أثر القيادة الاستراتيجية على استمرارية العملية التعليمية تحسين بيئة العمل، وتقديم الدعم النفسي والاجتماعي خلال الأزمات كشفت عن الدور المحوري للقيادة الاستراتيجية في اكتشاف بوادر الأزمات وإمكانيات مواجهتها بفعالية أكبر.
