Overview
يعتبر الشعار التجاري أحد العناصر المعنوية للمحل التجاري، والتي تضفي عليه أهمية كبيرة، ذلك أن العناصر المعنوية للمحل التجاري لا تقل أهمية عن العناصر المادية بل على العكس من ذلك قد تفوقها، وعلى الرغم من أن المشرع التجاري الأردني اعتبر الشعار أحد العناصر المعنوية، إلا أنه لم يحدد تعريف للشعار التجاري ولم يضفي عليه أي حماية قانونية صريحة، وعليه لا بد من تحديد ماهية الشعار التجاري والحماية القانونية لهذا الشعار.
