Overview
استقلت الدولة الغزنوية عن الخلافة العباسية في القرن العاشر الميلادي، حيث قامت في المنطقة الواقعة إلى الشرق من نهري دجلة وحتى حدود الهند والصين. استطاع الغزنويين أن يبنوا دولة قوية مؤسسة على الثقافة والحضارة الإسلامية، وقد لعبت دورا مهما في تاريخ المنطقة، كما ركز البحث على السياسة النقدية للدولة الغزنوية حول حركة تداول ووزن العملات وانعكاسها على اقتصاد الدولة.
