يهدف هذا البحث إلى استجلاء علاقة (الأنا) و(الآخر) في مشروع علم الاستغراب عند حسن حنفي تنظيراً وتطبيقاً وما نتج عن هذا المفهوم من نتائج معتمداً على جمع البيانات الوصفية من مصادرها المكتبية ذلك باتباع المنهج التحليلي النقدي المقارن وخلص الباحث على إثرها إلى لوصول إلى نتائج أهمها: تتباين ثنائية الأنا والآخر في مفهومها عند (حسن حنفي) بين التنظير والتطبيق مما نتج عنه تقديم صورة الأنا المنكسرة التابعة للآخر في الممارسة الفكرية من خلال مشروع الاستغراب المقترح.
