Overview
إن التعرف على شخص من بلد ما يتوقف على عدة معايير، تساعد على تحديد مكانية من الناحية السياسية، من خلال الانتساب إلى بلد معين أو من خلال إقامته أو من خلال حصله بحالة مدنية. إن تاريخ الجنسية في الجزائر (الانتماء إلى بلد) مرتبط ارتباطا متينا بالتاريخ السياسي لهذا البلد وإذا كان تحديد هوية الأشخاص غير معروف بصفة دقيقة قبل الاحتلال الفرنسي، فإنه توسع شأن في ذلك شأن العديد من المآثر المتصلة بالأشخاص، توسعاً معبرة طيلة مرحلة الاحتلال. إن شأن تحديد هوية الأشخاص عرفت مراحل متميزة خلال حرب التحرير، إن اتفاقيات إفيان المبرمة مع فرنسا قد تصدت حقا للعديد من الاشكالات القانونية في هذا المجال بعد الاستقلال. ذلك أن هذه الاتفاقيات اعتمدت حق الخيار بالنسبة للمجموعتين البشريتين مع تقرير إمكانية الحصول على الجنسية بعد مرور ثلاثة سنوات. مع ذلك فإن هذه المآثر م يتم بسهولة بالنسبة للجانب الجزائري، ولا دون انقسامات وترددات بالنسبة للجانب الفرنسي. وما كان الأمر يكون خلاف ذلك ما دام وأن الشأن جد حساسة.
