Overview
تناولت الدراسة واقع مركز معلومات مؤسسة عكاظ للصحافة والنشر، وخطط التطوير القائمة فيه، وآراء المستفيدين من المركز وخدماته المتواجدين في المركز الرئيس للمؤسسة. وقد استعرض الباحث الإنتاج الفكري، كما استخدم المنهج الوصفي. حيث تقدم لإدارة المركز بمجموعة من الأسئلة للكشف عن واقعه الحالي وخطط التطوير فيه، كما قام الباحث بتصميم استبانه، وتوزيعها على عينة عشوائية للجمهور المستهدف من محررين، وإداريين وعاملين لأخذ آرائهم حول واقع المركز وخدماته.
