أظهرت هذه الدراسة التأصيل لقضية أساسية من قضايا هذا العصر وذلك من خلال إرجاعها إلى أصولها لمعالجة الواقع المعاش وهذه الدراسة المعنونة ب \"التأصيل الرقابي في السياسة الشرعية الإسلامية والنظم الإدارية المعاصرة\" جاءت مؤسسة لفكر رقابي على أجهزة الحياة المختلفة لضمان إحقاق الحق وتحقيق العدالة الاجتماعية من خلال التأكيد على أهمية الرقابة في العمل الإداري وتكييف هذه الرقابة بوصفها عبادة، شاملة، مقاصدية، لتحقيق الهدف الأسمى منها.
