Overview
إن الصورة العامة حول تطور حقوق إنسان منذ 50.000 سنة قبل الميلاد بمختلف أنواعها وكيفية بروزها إلى غاية وقتنا الحاضر كانت منطلق هذا المقال. وبخصوص التشريع الجزائري، ما إن كان يتطابق مع التشريع الدولي خصوصا فيما تعلق بالحق في الإعلام وحق إبداء الرأي. وأخذا بعين الاعتبار القانون رقم 12/05 المتعلق بالحق في الإعلام وبالنتيجة استخلاص النقائص التشريعية المتعلقة به بالموازاة مع التشريع الدولي.
