Overview
يتناول البحث النقوش المؤرخة على جبل الأقرع شمال محافظة العلا، وهو أحد منازل طريق الحج الشامي، ومجموعة النقوش التي تم توثيقها على الواجهة الصخرية للجبل يصل عددها (450) نقشاً جعلها تعود إلى الفترة الإسلامية المبكرة يتخللها أربعة نقوش مؤرخة تمثل محور الدراسة، وتعد هذه الدراسة الأولى عن هذه النقوش كون هذا المنزل ظل مجهولا ولم يكشف عنه إلا في سنة1936 هـ من قبل الباحثين أعلاه.
