Reviews were conducted by expert referees to the professional and scientific standards expected of a proceedings journal published by IOP Publishing. • Type of peer review: We assign 2 different reviewers for 1 article. The reviewer can see whose article is it. Conference submission management system: http://ice-elinvo.uny.ac.id/ (our University has our own management system for reviewing articles) • Number of submissions received: 64 • Number of submissions sent for review: 57 (7 papers did not meet the requirement for further review) • Number of submissions accepted: 50 Acceptance Rate (Number of Submissions Accepted/Number of Submissions Received X 100): (50/64)*100% = 78% • Average number of reviews per paper: 2 • Total number of reviewers involved: 18 Any additional info on review process: Each reviewer gives a score and decides whether the article: 1. Accepted without correction 2. Accepted with a minor correction 3. Accepted with major correction, or 4. Rejected There are six questions for helping the reviewer to score the article: 1. Is the paper relevant to the conference theme? 2. Does it contribute to the theoretical or practical domains? 3. Does it state the problem statement? 4. Does it comprise an appropriate research methodology or proposed method? 5. Does it describe indicative results? 6. Does it fulfill the requirements of the paper template? 7.
