Overview
The National Council of Examiners for Engineering and Surveying (NCEES), a nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing professional licensure for engineers and surveyors, announced that it has added a new option to the NCEES Records program to assist military families with the comity licensure process. Active-duty military and their spouses are eligible to transmit their NCEES Record to a state licensing board at no charge when military orders require them to relocate to that state. TMS works with NCEES in developing the test employed to register professional metallurgical and materials engineers in the US.
