Overview

The methodological level of this article is descriptive, which will be expanded on another occasion for a deeper analysis. A systematization of the history of public policies in education, the types of regimes, and the history of artistic education in Mexico were carried out, as well as a review of some conceptual keys: democracy, justice, and guarantees, aesthetics, pedagogy, and education.
