Overview
Este artículo defiende la importancia de la corporización somática o embodiment somático en la arquitectura y presenta un protocolo de taller empleado durante la escuela de verano 2024 Moving Boundaries: Arquitectura y Ciencias Humanas, en Estocolmo. El taller introdujo prácticas somáticas dirigidas a arquitectos y diseñadores, y compartimos aquí el protocolo como recurso para educadores y profesionales. Las valoraciones positivas de los participantes subrayan el valor de enseñar métodos somáticos en el diseño, lo que refuerza la necesidad de seguir investigando en torno a la integración de la conciencia corporal, el movimiento y el bienestar en la pedagogía y la práctica arquitectónica.
