Overview
Savile Row designer [Richard James] took a look at the past when retooling Dunhill's tailored clothing collection and drew his inspiration from the classic Savile Row suit with a soft shoulder, nipped waist, high armhole and body-skimming cut. \"We did one silhouette for them because I wanted people to look at the suit and say, `Oh, that's Dunhill,\"' said James. The new shape is known as the St. James's silhouette, after the neighborhood home of the Dunhill flagship.
