انتهى حديث أدبالي وعثمان غازي في ساعة متأخرة من الليل، وبعد أن خلد عثمان إلى النوم ظهر له في رؤياه هلال خرج من حجر الشيخ أدبالي ثم استحال بدرا بعدها توارى في صدره، وما لبثت شجرة بلوط أن نبتت في حجره، وراحت تكبر، وتخضوضر تدريجيا فامتدت ظلال أغصانها في القارات الثلاث، وانقسمت ستة أغصان غطت البحار واليابسة وصارت جبال القوقاز وطوروس وأطلس أعمدة تشد من أزرها، وثمة أنهار عظيمة تتلاطم عند جذورها وفيها تجري جدلة والفرات والنيل وطونة وتتدفق ... فاستيقظ عثمان متصببا عرقا لعظمة ما رآه، وقص على أدبالي ذلك تفصيلا، فكان يصدقه هازا رأسه... عثمان هذا الفتى العشريني أغرق شيخه أدبالي في عوالم مختلفة... فبشره أدبالي مبتسما بعد صمت برهة : بني عثمان، أبشر ؛ لقد من عليك رب العالمين وذريتك بالسلطنة والحكم، بارك الله فيك وفيها ؛ ستؤسس دولة عظيمة تشمل حدودها القارات الثلاث الكبرى والبحا
