Overview
يتناول الكتاب تجميع للمؤلفات المنسية وهي الأوراق التي تركها صدقي إسماعيل والتي لم تنشر ضمن المؤلفات الكاملة، التي طبعت ونشرت خلال أعوام الثمانينيات. وبدأ التجميع بالأوراق والمخطوطات العديدة جدا والمتنوعة جدا، منها رسائل لم تنشر، ومنها قصة لم نجد بعض أوراقها المفقودة حينها-فلم تنشر وتحمل عنوان (رحلة إلى الغرب). وبعد بحث طويل بين آلاف الأوراق، تم إيجاد كامل أوراقها، وهناك أيضا الفصل الثالث من رواية (الحادثة) التي نشر منها في المؤلفات الكاملة الفصل الأول والثاني فقط، وبقيت رواية لم تكتمل، وبعد صعوبة كبيرة، تم إيجاد مخطوطات الفصل الثالث من هذه الرواية، وأصبحت الآن رواية كاملة.
