Organizational productivity and performance could be significantly enhanced through employees' citizenship behavior (OCB). This research aims to examine the impact of perceived Green Transformational Leadership (GTL) dimensions; on employees' OCB dimensions. A simple random sample of 378 employees in four IT organizations was studied. The self-administered questionnaires were distributed to employees to assess the relationship between the two variables dimensions. Correlation and regression analyses were conducted to test the study hypotheses. The results revealed that all GTL practices significantly and positively correlate with the OCB dimensions. The study indicates that OCB plays an essential role in enhancing OCB. This research suggests that scholars and practitioners should pay for attention and invest in.

Organizational corruption and cheating are an example of malpractices that not only endanger organizations, but also individuals and societies. This study looked at analyzing the effect of Green Transformational Leadership (GTL) as an independent variables on Organizational Ethical Culture (OEC) of Information Technology (IT) employees as a dependent variable. The study was administered on four IT organizations. A simple random sample of 378 participants filled the questionnaire. The main findings were the positive influence of GTL on perceived OEC. With the exception of; idealized influence and inspirational motivation insignificant effect on clarity. As well as, individualized consideration insignificant effect on congruency of managers and supervisors, feasibility, and sanction ability. The research discussion and recommendations were presented to benefit IT organizations in Egypt.

The Relationship between Sociopolitical Activism and Employee Voice
This study investigates the relationship between managerial sociopolitical activism and employee voice in the Egyptian construction industry. A simple random sampling was used to examine how managerial activism impacts the dimensions of employee voice; defensive, prosocial, and acquiescent voice. Path analysis was applied via Smart-PLS to test the impact of managerial activism on these dimensions. Results showed a significant positive correlation, managerial activism shapes employee behavior and encourages both protective actions and empathy-driven contributions. The study emphasizes the importance of managerial sociopolitical engagement in organizational communication and leadership. It also suggests future research to explore mediating variables like psychological safety and managerial integrity, and practical strategies to enhance organizational resilience.
