慢病毒介导的骨形态发生蛋白-2治疗骨质疏松骨折的效果

目的探讨慢病毒介导的骨形态发生蛋白-2(BMP-2)治疗骨质疏松骨折的效果。方法建立30只大鼠骨质疏松模型并进行分组。模型组和BMP-2治疗组(即BMP-2组)进一步制作左胫骨中段横行骨折模型,并于骨折当天在骨折局部分别皮下注射对照病毒和BMP-2质粒的慢病毒,而对照组不作骨折处理,只在相应部位皮下注射等体积的PBS。4d后分别处死各组3只大鼠,用Western blot检测骨折局部皮下BMP-2的表达情况;治疗8周后处死其余大鼠,取左胫骨进行X线检查并评分,测定骨密度及骨的生物力学指标,观察骨痂组织学变化。结果 BMP-2组大鼠骨折处皮下组织BMP-2蛋白表达水平明显高于对照组和模型组(P〈0.05)。模型组和BMP-2组大鼠胫骨X线评分与对照组比较,明显降低(P〈0.05),但是BMP-2组明显高于模型组(P〈0.05)。模型组和BMP-2组大鼠骨密度明显低于对照组,而BMP-2组明显高于模型组(P〈0.05)。模型组和BMP-2组大鼠胫骨3点弯曲参数(最大载荷、最大应力、破坏载荷和破坏应力)与对照组大鼠比较,均明显下降,而BMP-2组各参数较模型组明显升高(P〈0.05)。骨痂组织HE染色显示,模型组大鼠软骨性骨痂较多,骨小梁较细,排列稀疏紊乱,而BMP-2组大鼠可见大量软骨性骨痂向骨性骨痂转变,新生形成大量编织骨小梁。结论慢病毒介导的BMP-2能促进骨形成,促进骨折部位愈合,对骨质疏松性骨折具有很好的治疗效果。

基于指数计算的开发强度空间评价模型——以越南海岸线为例(英文)

Coastal zones play a major role in the conservation of marine ecosystems and the sustainable use of resources not only because of their special geographical environment but also because of their high temporal and spatial variability. With the development of urbanization, the exploitation and utilization of coasts have become important issues in the debate. To evaluate variations in the intensity of the land resource exploitation of coastal zones, an index-based model has been proposed in this paper, and coastal Vietnam has been established as the study area. The model is based on four normalized indexes to realize rapid evaluation of the spatial distribution of the exploitative intensity after zoning. The model was established to characterize the different exploitative intensities in different segments of the coast and to graphically present a sequence of decision choices for decision-makers. The results are as follows.(1) The simplicity and rapidity of the index operations can address the fast-changing characteristics of coastal exploitation and meet the desired precision.(2) The choices of the landward buffers fit well with the banded characteristics of the coastal zone. The buffers are horizontally divided into equidistant subregions, which can quantify the spatial differentiation of the exploitative intensity along the coast and perpendicular to the coast.(3) The average exploitative intensity is low, and the proportion of area that is to be exploited accounts for approximately 50%.Considering its spatial variation from north to south, the land exploitative intensity in the north is higher than that in the south. Compared to the intensity of land resource exploitation in the 20 km and 10 km buffers, the land exploitative intensity in the 5 km buffer is higher. The state of the intensity of land resource exploitation and how it can be used by stakeholders to manage coastal resources are then discussed.

Regional hard coral distribution within geomorphic and reef flat ecological zones determined by satellite imagery of the Xisha Islands, South China Sea

Coral reefs in the Xisha Islands (also known as the Paracel Islands in English), South China Sea, have experienced dramatic declines in coral cover. However, the current regional scale hard coral distribution of geomorphic and ecological zones, essential for reefs management in the context of global warming and ocean acidification, is not well documented. We analyzed data from field surveys, Landsat-8 and GF-1 images to map the distribution of hard coral within geomorphic zones and reef flat ecological zones. In situ surveys conducted in June 2014 on nine reefs provided a complete picture of reef status with regard to live coral diversity, evenness of coral cover and reef health (live versus dead cover) for the Xisha Islands. Mean coral cover was 12.5% in 2014 and damaged reefs seemed to show signs of recovery. Coral cover in sheltered habitats such as lagoon patch reefs and biotic dense zones of reef flats was higher, but there were large regional differences and low diversity. In contrast, the more exposed reef slopes had high coral diversity, along with high and more equal distributions of coral cover. Mean hard coral cover of other zones was <10%. The total Xisha reef system was estimated to cover 1 060 km2, and the emergent reefs covered ~787 m2. Hard corals of emergent reefs were considered to cover 97 km2. The biotic dense zone of the reef flat was a very common zone on all simple atolls, especially the broader northern reef flats. The total cover of live and dead coral can reach above 70% in this zone, showing an equilibrium between live and dead coral as opposed to coral and algae. This information regarding the spatial distribution of hard coral can support and inform the management of Xisha reef ecosystems.

外泌体在肺癌发病及诊断中作用的研究进展

世界范围内肺癌的发病率居高不下,不论男性还是女性,肺癌均是恶性肿瘤死亡的首位原因.肺癌的早期诊断将显著改善患者的预后,寻找辅助早期肺癌诊断的标志物是当前研究热点.外泌体是由各种细胞分泌的纳米级微囊泡,包含核酸、蛋白质和脂质等多种成分,是细胞间或细胞与组织间信号传递或物质运输的重要载体.独特的富集机制使其具有作为生物标志物的稳定性和特异性.外泌体除参与肺癌肿瘤微环境的形成及新生血管的生成外,还参与化疗、靶向治疗反应及预后评估.诸多研究进展成果为延长肺癌患者生存期带来新的希望.本文就外泌体特异性蛋白和微小RNA(microRNA,miRNA)在肺癌发病、诊断及预后评估中的价值进行综述.

Formation Mechanism of Underpressured Reservoir in Huatugou Oilfield of Qaidam Basin

Underpressured reservoirs are widespread in the Huatugou (黄土沟) oUfield of the western uplift in Qaidam basin, western China. At depths between 462 and 1 248 m, the pressure of Neogene reservoirs in the Huatugou oUfield is only about 40% to 80% of hydrostatic pressure. Based on a study of the geological characteristics of these underpressured reservoirs, this work used fluid inclusion analysis and numerical simulation to investigate the mechanism creating these abnormal pressures and to evaluate the characteristics of the hydrocarbon distribution. The results show that the underpressured reservoirs are all well-sealed by undercompacted and thick mudrocks. The large-scale tectonic uplift in the late Himalayan plays an important role in the generation of underpressure in the Huatugou oilfield. At the beginning of this movement, the field was overpressured due to episodic petroleum accumulation. Later, structural uplift and erosion led to porous rebound and a temperature decrease, which produced the underpressure.

社会感知数据表征下的历史文化街区地方感变迁——以南锣鼓巷(2008—2022年)为例

以北京南锣鼓巷历史文化街区近15年的变迁实践为研究对象,根据2008—2022年社会感知网络数据特征,分析其地方感变化的阶段性差异,以此构建南锣鼓巷地方感变迁的概念模型.首先,建立历史文化街区评价专属词库,基于扎根理论,从专属词库的文本中编码获得地方感的3个维度:地方认知、地方依赖和地方认同,通过对历年高频词主类目占比变化曲线、突现词特点、相关语义网络和南锣鼓巷商业业态占比等数据分析,结合社会生态系统适应性循环理论,提取特征差异明显的4个阶段:2008—2009年的稳定期、2010—2014年的生长期、2015—2018年的重构期以及2019—2022年的调整期.最后从资本的角度对历史文化街区的地方感变迁进行分析,指出经济资本需要综合社会资本与文化资本才能更好地适应发展,在循环中维持动态平衡.

基于水文-气象阈值的区域降雨型滑坡预测研究
目前区域降雨型滑坡预测主要依赖降雨阈值开展, 然而从降雨诱发滑坡机理可知, 除降雨入渗导致的土壤含水量变化外, 降雨入渗前的土壤含水量也是影响边坡失稳的重要因素, 无法考虑降雨入渗前的土壤湿度情况, 被认为是降雨阈值在滑坡预测中表现差的主要原因。针对这一问题, 本文以四川省都江堰地区作为试验区域, 提出考虑前期土壤湿度的区域降雨型滑坡预测思路, 通过统计分析历史滑坡数据, 构建了基于前期土壤湿度和近期降雨情况的水文-气象阈值模型, 其中前期土壤湿度情况由改进的前期有效降雨指数刻画, 近期降雨情况由最近的累积降雨量表示。试验结果表明: 在试验区域的降雨型滑坡预测中, 水文-气象阈值模型表现出较好的命中率和较低的误报率。本文构建的水文-气象阈值模型, 可同时考虑前期土壤湿度和近期降雨对滑坡发生的影响, 模型所需数据少、所用方法简单易操作且预测性能较优, 适合在区域降雨型滑坡预测中推广应用。

基于符号执行的注入类安全漏洞的分析技术

This research work receives symbols as input variables, simulates the execution of program, extracts the constraints binding with execution paths, such as security constraints, attack constraints and defense constraints, and constructs the SAT judgment matrix and UNSAT judgment matrix as injection vulnerabilities analysis models. According to the logical reduction results of the matrices, the states of injection vulnerabilities are decided. In the controlled experiments, the false positive and false negative ratios are greatly reduced, and the prototype system can generate correct exploits automatically.
