The present research paper attempts at investigating online assessment at the department of English, Batna2 university during Covid-19. Focus was on teachers' perceptions of online assessment and the challenges that make its implementation a hard task. To this end, the descriptive approach was adopted, and a questionnaire has been addressed to the teachers of English at the department of English, Batna2 University. The obtained results have shown some optimistic views hold by some teachers toward online assessment and many negative attitudes shown by many others. These are mainly attributed to the difficulties of effectively implementing online assessment. Thus, it is concluded that unless the basic requirements of online assessment are met, continuing with it would be difficult.

هدفت الدراسة إلى تعرف متطلبات التمكين التربوي للمعلم في ضوء فلسفة التعليم الهجين، استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من التوصيات من أهمها: تسهيل التدريب، وتمكين المعلم في صنع القرار، وتحسين الظروف التنظيمية والبيئية حتى يمكن العمل بأقصى قدر من الكفاءة، وضرورة تحسين أداء المعلم ليصبح قادرا على أداء مهام ومتطلبات عمله بكفاءة وفعالية، واطلاع المعلم على أحدث النظريات التربوية والنفسية وطرق التدريس الفعالة وتقنيات التدريس الحديثة، وتحسين وتحديث المعارف التخصصية للمعلمين، وتوفير كوادر بشرية مؤهلة وقادرة على التعامل مع متغيرات العصر الرقمي ولديها وعي معلوماتي رقمي، وتوافر خدمات الإنترنت وما يتبعها من متطلبات تقنيه وبرمجيات، وتوفير الدعم الفني المتواصل لها، ومتطلبات مادية بتوفير الأجهزة والدعم للدورات التدريبية والبحوث، وإمكانية تحويل المقررات إلى مقررات إلكترونية، وتوفير تقييم إلكتروني، وتوفير نظام الإدارة المحتوى الإلكتروني، وتوفير بنية تحتية إلكترونية متطورة.

سعت الدراسة الحالية إلى تقييم قابلية استخدام وإمكانية الوصول إلى المواقع الإخبارية المصرية والتعرف على المشكلات التي تؤثر على قابلية استخدامها والتي تعيق الوصول إلى المحتوى الإخباري بالنسبة للأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة عن طريق التقييم الآلي بالتطبيق على مواقع اليوم السابع والمصري اليوم، وصدى البلد، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى فشل المواقع الثلاثة محل الدراسة في تقييم مؤشرات حيوية الوب الأساسية، وأن زمن تحميل المواقع كان مرتفعًا جدًا، كما أن المواقع الإخبارية بحاجة إلى تحسين تصميم مواقعها لتتوافق مع إرشادات WCAG، لإتاحة وصول أسهل إلى الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة والمستخدمين العاديين على حد سواء.

This study examines the role of electronic evaluation as one of the applications of artificial intelligence in achieving learning outcomes and improving the quality of higher education, aiming to highlight how intelligent assessment technologies contribute to advancing the educational process by providing accurate and objective tools for measuring student performance. The researchers argue that electronic evaluation has evolved from being a mere alternative to traditional examinations into a comprehensive system that generates real-time data about student achievement, identifies strengths and weaknesses, and offers immediate feedback that fosters continuous improvement. The study emphasizes that such mechanisms enhance university education by ensuring fairness and transparency, minimizing human errors and biases, and providing teachers with precise databases to refine curricula and instructional strategies. Practical examples are presented to demonstrate how electronic evaluation can be flexibly designed to accommodate diverse learning styles and provide students with repeated opportunities for self-assessment and lifelong learning. The study also addresses challenges such as limited technological infrastructure, the need for faculty training, and potential risks of overreliance on automated systems, while affirming that these obstacles can be overcome through supportive policies and clear strategies for integrating artificial intelligence into education. The conclusion asserts that electronic evaluation is a strategic tool for achieving quality in higher education, and that employing AI in this domain strengthens the alignment between learning outcomes and labor market requirements. قام الباحثون بدراسة بعنوان \"نموذج تقييم إلكتروني مقترح للعاملين بمديرية الشباب والرياضة بمحافظة بني سويف\" حيث هدف البحث إلى وضع وتقنين نموذج تقييم إلكتروني للعاملين بمديرية الشباب والرياضة بمحافظة بني سويف، واستخدم الباحثون المنهج الوصفي على عينة قدرها (150) موظف بمديرية الشباب والرياضة، وكان من أهم النتائج: فعالية نموذج التقييم المقترح للعاملين وسهولة تطبيقه والاستعانة به في تحديد كفاءة العاملين بالمؤسسة.

هدفت الدراسة إلى تحديد أهم المشكلات النفسية المترتبة على فيروس كورونا المستجد وتحديد نسبة شيوعها، ومعرفة دلالة الفرق بين الذكور والإناث في إدراكهم تلك المشكلات، والكشف عن طبيعة العلاقة الارتباطية بين المشكلات النفسية المترتبة على ذلك الوباء وبين كل من: ضغوط التعلم والتقييم الإلكتروني. ولتحقيق تلك الأهداف، تم بناء وتقنين مقياس المشكلات النفسية المترتبة على COVID-19، واستبانة ضغوط التعلم والتقييم الإلكتروني، وقد تم جمع البيانات بطريقة إلكترونية من خلال Google Form من 125 طالبا وطالبة بكلية التربية، جامعة السلطان قابوس. وأسفرت النتائج عن أن المشكلات النفسية المترتبة على فيروس كورونا (مشكلات انفعالية، ومشكلات سلوكية وجسدية، والخوف من العدوى، والعزلة الاجتماعية، ونقص الدافعية) تنتشر بين أفراد العينة بدرجة متوسطة، ووجدت علاقة ارتباطية موجبة متوسطة دالة إحصائيا بين المشكلات النفسية وبين كل من: ضغوط التعلم والتقييم الإلكتروني، ولم يكن ثمة فرق دال إحصائيا بين الجنسين في كل من: المشكلات النفسية، وضغوط التعلم الإلكتروني، وضغوط التقييم الإلكتروني.

To reach a considerable education efficiency, we need as an initial step to exploring stakeholders' perceptions about online language assessment experience. Accordingly, understanding teachers' perceptions about their experience of assessing language learners online and the obstacles that hindered their practices will help to bring insights towards future sound practices. For this aim, this paper reports the perceptions of English language teachers at the University of Biskra about online teaching and assessment experience and challenges during covid-19 period. An online semi-structured questionnaire was designed to depict the participants' perceptions about the online language assessment experience, the major challenges affected the process, and the effect of the online assessment on the teaching and learning processes. The collected data were treated statistically using the SPSS. Ultimately, the analysis showed that internet connectivity and lack of training to teach and assess online were the major issues the teachers confronted and prevented the online assessment to achieve its promising effects.
