This study investigates the impact of service quality on customer-based brand equity, with a focus on dimensions such as reliability, tangibility, responsiveness, security, and empathy. Data was gathered through a field survey involving 57 in-patients at the private clinic 'Fatima Al-Azhar' in Algeria. Statistical analysis, including simple linear regression and multiple linear regression, was conducted using SPSS v26 to test hypotheses. The study reveals a strong positive correlation between service quality and customer-based brand equity, leading to the rejection of the null hypothesis in favour of the alternative hypothesis. Notably, the security dimension emerged as the primary driver of customer-based brand equity.

إن للوقف في الشريعة الإسلامية أهمية كبرى، بل إنه يعد أحد أهم الأنظمة التي تحقق التكافل الاجتماعي في الشريعة الإسلامية، فللوقف دور رائد في سد حاجة الكثير من المحتاجين وغير القادرين، وإن من بين أنواع الوقف ما يعرف بـ \"الوقف على مؤسسات الرعاية الصحية\" وهذا النوع من الوقف له أهمية كبيرة جدا خاصة في الوقت الحالي الذي أصبحت فيه تكاليف الرعاية الصحية عالية جدا، وهذه الأوقاف التي تم تحبيسها على مؤسسات الرعاية الصحية بحاجة ماسة إلى العمل على تنميتها واستثمارها كي تظل تؤدي وظيفتها على أتم وجه، وفي هذه الدراسة حاولنا إلقاء الضوء على دور الوقف في تمويل مؤسسات الرعاية الصحية، وكيفية العمل على تنمية واستثمار أموال الأوقاف الطبية، وهذا بدوره يحقق مطلبا هاما العالم كله يسعى إلى تحقيقه ألا وهو التنمية المستدامة، والتي كان رسولنا الكريم أول من دعى إلى تحقيقها بقوله صلى الله عليه وسلم: «إن قامت الساعة وفي يد أحدكم فسيلة، فإن استطاع أن لا تقوم حتى يغرسها فليغرسها».

Providing high-quality health care requires significant financial resources, and in light of the scarcity of resources that Algeria knows, it has become imperative to reconcile quality and management constraints by finding effective ways of financing. Hence the idea of the research through which we try to highlight the most important elements that must be focused on, to achieve the required quality level. These elements were determined by applying the principals components analysis (PCA) method to a sample of health care seekers in Algeria.

This study aims to understand the role of ergonomics in achieving safety and public security in the healthcare work environment, and to identify indicators with a direct impact on the behavior of personnel exposed to various occupational hazards, whether biological, physical, psychological, or social. In this context, our study focuses on the reality of occupational risks in the healthcare sector amidst the lack of ergonomic applications. Through an exploratory study, we attempt to examine the reality of these risks in the high-risk healthcare environment, where the absence of ergonomics applications, which aim to adapt the work environment for humans to enhance comfort and performance, may exacerbate these risks. To achieve the objectives of this study, a descriptive method was used to explore the state of occupational risks in the healthcare environment. A sample of 70 paramedical staff members from the Douéra University Hospital Center was selected, and data was collected using interviews. The study concluded that ergonomics plays an important role in reducing and controlling occupational hazards and preventing injuries and accidents related to medical equipment, physical conditions, and the nature of work.

Public healthcare institutions in Algeria are facing significant challenges regarding their credibility due to the declining quality of care and healthcare services provided, leading to a loss of trust among patients. To address this issue, the Algerian government has adopted a strategy to revitalize the contractual approach, through the establishment of effective funding mechanisms and improvement of infrastructure within healthcare institutions, in addition to enhancing service quality and defining relationships among stakeholders. As a result, the revival of the contractual approach is crucial at present, especially after its delayed implementation since 1992 due to various factors.

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تقييم مستوى رضا المرضى عن جودة الخدمات الصحية في مستشفى السلام الجامعي بولاية نهر النيل، السودان، من خلال تحليل العوامل المؤثرة مثل البنية التحتية، كفاءة الطاقم الطبي، سرعة الاستجابة، وتوافر الأدوية والخدمات الطبية الأساسية. وتكمن أهمية الدراسة في تقديم توصيات لتحسين جودة الخدمات الصحية وتعزيز ثقة المستفيدين، مما يدعم صناع القرار في تطوير سياسات صحية أكثر كفاءة. تعتمد الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي باستخدام نموذج SERVQUAL، وتركز على فرضيتين رئيسيتين: وجود اختلاف في مستوى رضا المرضى بين أقسام المستشفى ووجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين جودة الخدمات وأبعادها الخمسة (الجوانب الملموسة، الاعتمادية، الاستجابة، الضمان والتعاطف). أظهرت النتائج ارتفاع مستوى الرضا في قسم الطوارئ مقارنة بالعيادات المحولة والمنومين، وضعف تجهيزات العنابر ونقص وسائل الراحة والنظافة، وتحسن الاستجابة والاعتمادية في بعض الأقسام. كما تبين نقص في توافر الأدوية والمستلزمات الطبية، مع وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الأقسام. توصي الدراسة بتحسين البنية التحتية والتجهيزات، تعزيز سرعة الاستجابة، تدريب الكوادر الطبية، زيادة توافر الأدوية، وتوظيف التكنولوجيا في إدارة الخدمات الصحية، مما يساهم في رفع جودة الرعاية وتعزيز رضا المستفيدين.
