Overview
[...]cloud cover was recorded subjectively using a rating scale of 0-night to 4-clear sky. An analysis of covariance (ANCOVA) was conducted with dependent variables air temperature (Ta), relative humidity (Rh), wet bulb temperature (Tw) and two independent variables: field (factor) and surface temperature (Ts) (covariate), including an interaction between field and surface temperature. There was a significant effect of cloud cover, solar radiation, and air temperature on surface temperature on all surfaces.
