Overview
Conducted at a large tertiary care hospital in North India, the study demonstrated that CTCA identified distal aneurysms and coronary thrombi frequently missed on transthoracic echocardiography, thereby facilitating more precise treatment decisions and, in several cases, allowing for the appropriate de-escalation of therapy.
