[...]we performed this study to ascertain: 1) the incidence of AM in patients with COVID-19; and 2) the outcomes of COVID-19 versus non-COVID-19 hospitalized AM patients. [...]the findings of our study are alarming as around 1/3rd of the COVID-19 patients hospitalized with AM died. [...]COVID-19 AM patients had more than three times the higher likelihood of adjusted mortality.
