تناول هذا البحث تجليات رمز المقاومة في الشعر الفارسي الحديث عبر الآثار الشعرية للوطنية الكبيرة \"طاهرة صفار زادة\"؛ إذ تبدو في شعرها الرموز المتصلة بشخصيات دينية وتاريخية، كما تبدو رمزية الآيات القرآنية بما تكتنزه من قصص هادف، وعبرة تربوية سعت الشاعرة من خلالها إلى تصوير الواقع الاجتماعي المأساوي للمجتمع الإيراني في زمن البهلوي وكان للشخصيات الدينية والتاريخية حضور مميز في شعر صفار زادة؛ إذ رأت في معاناة هذه الشخصيات صورة معاناة شعبها، وسعت في غضون ذلك إلى الإشارة إلى نماذج الدمار والخراب وقتل الأبرياء؛ لتخلص في نهاية المطاف إلى تقابليه الظلام والنور، وإلى انتصار نهار الحق على ليل الاستبداد.
