Overview
اعتنى الباحث بموضوع الكتابة السلطانية في العهد الأيوبي، وحاول الكشف عن مسألة مهمة تتعلق بالتوقيعات الفنية لصلاح الدين الأيوبي- الذي كان متأثرا بأسلوب وأدب وزيره القاضي الفاضل- حيث تطرق إلى مقاربة الحكم على طبيعة هذه التوقيعات إما وجودا أو عدما، وتكمن أهمية هذا البحث في إظهار لبنة من لبنات الأدب العباسي في مراحله الأخيرة، وقد اعتمد الباحث في مقاربته هذه على منهج التتبع والاستقراء، وإجراءات التحليل بالنظر في الأسباب والمسببات. أين اهتدى إلى فرضيتين متباينتين إحداهما تقضي بعدم وجود هذا الفن من التوقيعات، والثانية تقول بوجوده ولكن لم يصل إلينا فهو في عداد المفقود والمغمور.
